Meet the Trainer

Countess’ goal is to heal, to transform health mentally and physically. She understands that it takes a strong mind to sustain a strong body, which is why all personal training comes with guided mediation and a detailed food directory for all diet lifestyles. Creating discipline and passion for a healthy lifestyle is key. When motivation runs out all we have is discipline and passion. She takes pride in assisting her clients reach their goals through balancing the mind, diet, and physical activity. Weight loss just so happens to be one of the many benefits.

She wants her clients to understand and focus on all the benefits of changing their lifestyle entirely, as this sets her apart from other trainers. Countess found her passion for fitness in her early stages of life. She was captain of her track team with many state championships under her belt, which lead to being inducted into the Missouri Hall of fame for track and field on January 27th, 2019. Thereafter, Countess was interviewed on Fox 2 News to give fitness advice and show demonstrations. Countess has a background in entertainment; she has modeled for several years as well as having a modeling training company called Becoming a Model. She has coordinated and coached models at various runway shows throughout the years. Countess also has been a licensed cosmetologist for 8 years where she has worked behind the chair in an A list salon in the St. Louis area. She has also been a hairstylist for Dillard’s fashion shows and has styled celebrities, such as reality TV star Erica Mena. Countess gives back to her community by introducing meditation to the Ferguson Florissant school district as an alternative to discipline for managing behavioral issues.

In August of 2013 Countess lost her mother at the young age of 58 to cancer, which she believes could have been avoided by creating a healthy lifestyle. From that moment on she took a vow to help as many people as she could to a extend their life expectancy. Furthermore, Countess believes positive self-talk is important and she encourages her clients to only speak life into themselves. No negativity allowed, no talking down to self, nor harsh criticism. She encourages her clients to find unconditional love for themselves, flaws and all, because what we love, we nourish and care for to our best ability. Allow Countess to help you live your best life.
